Kid Governor Tessa Hallinan and members of her Cabinet traveled to libraries across Connecticut in September 2026 for the annual Kid Governor’s Library Circuit! They spoke with fellow students and community members about their platforms, how kids can get involved, their terms in office, and how 5th graders can participate in the Kid Governor® program.
