Kid Governor Tessa Hallinan and members of her Cabinet will travel to libraries across Connecticut this September for the 2026 Kid Governor’s Library Circuit! They will speak with fellow students and community members about their platforms, how kids can get involved, their terms in office, and how 5th graders can participate in the Kid Governor® program.
The programs will include a presentation, an activity, an opportunity to meet Tessa and Cabinet Members in person, and refreshments. These events are free and open to the public.
